returned must be authorized by Sleepy Hollow prior to a
Return Authorization. All return goods are subject to a
restocking charge of 15%. All transportation costs must
be prepaid. Super Flex®, used or
discontinued items, and any custom built items cannot be

Shipping
UPS Standard Delivery: We ship
UPS whenever possible. We take pride in combining prompt
prepaid plus add UPS delivery as well as give you your
prices below wholesale, so you get the best for less.
The savings on products will more than offset
UPS charges.
Truck: Shipment will be made via common carrier
that provides the lowest practical applicable rate and
minimum charge.Order two (2) coils of 25 foot Super Flex®,
any diameter from inventory, with a total order of $1500 and receive free freight on
the entire order.
This offer excludes:
• All Bellfires fireplaces
• Quantities of Super and Furnace Cement
Damage: All products shipped by
Sleepy Hollow are in perfect condition.
If the shipment is damaged or
shorted, the damage or shortage
must be noted on the freight bill
and a claim filed immediately with
the carrier.
UPS shipments that are damaged
should have claims filed directly with
UPS. All claims for shortages or errors
in shipments must be made within fifteen
(15) days of receipt of merchandise. |
