The new Sundstrom half-mask takes respirators to a new level. The double exhalation valves provide the lowest exhalation resistance available. Unlike other respirators that require an inventory of different cartridges, filters, and combinations, Sundstrom cartridges and filters can be used alone or in “snaptogether” cartridge/filter combinations.

The Sundstrom full-face mask is intended for use
wherever the same maximum safety and good
breathing comfort are required as those for which our half-masks have become acknowledged. The full-face is used with the same simple filter system as the halfmask. The mask has very low weight and part of the inhalation air is guided past the visor in order to prevent it from misting.

Combined filters for half-mask and full-face masks
Combined filters are often used. The P100 particulate filter should be
combined with a cartridge suitable for the working condition, simply
by pressing the two together. Always use a pre-filter to ensure longer filter life. NOTE: particle filter must always be fitted in front of gas filter.

P-100 particulate filter is used with the Sundstrom Safety SR series half-mask or full-face air-purifying respirators to provide protection from Dusts, Fumes, Mists, Radionuclides, Radon Daughters, Asbestos containing Dusts and Mists and Nuisance Dusts. This filter is approved for use alone or can be combined with any Sundstrom chemical cartridge.

Chemical Cartridge OV is used with the Sundstrom Safety SR series half-mask or full-face air-purifying respirators to provide protection from certain levels of Organic Vapor. This chemical cartridge is approved for use alone or can be combined with Sundstrom particulate filter.
